A velvety palate full of black fruits and chocolate. Displaying balance and complex flavours synonymous with Shiraz. This wine was aged in French Oak Barriques for one year prior to being ‘tiraged’ and then spent a further 10 years on its yeast lees before being disgorged; thus, creating a more mature character to this wine. A natural deposit may occur within the bottle due to minimal filtering during the winemaking process of this aged wine.
