Palate: Crisp and Flinty, with intensely concentrated citrus flavours.
Finish: The wine has a lingering persistence and lengthy after taste.
Delicate floral aromas with a hint of lime and zest of lemons abound in this fine example of Denmark Riesling. Crisp and Dry with good concentration of citrus flavours and excellent structure. The wine has a lingering persistence with a slight “mineral” kick right at the end which adds length and spirit to the well balanced palate. Complements seafood, shellfish, white meats and Asian dishes. With good cellaring this wine will live for 8 to 10 years although it is dinking beautifully in its youth.
A minimal addition of preservative (224) added.
