2006 SPARKLING SHIRAZ
“Recently Disgorged”
A velvety palate full of red fruits. Displaying balance and complex flavours of Raspberries which are synonymous with Shiraz. This wine was aged in French Oak Barriques for one year prior to being ‘tiraged’ and then spent a further 14 years on its yeast lees before being disgorged; thus, creating a more mature character to this wine. A natural deposit may occur within the bottle due to minimal filtering during the winemaking process of this aged wine.
A minimal addition of preservative (224) added.
