Harvested in a special year for the Great Southern; this Mt Barker grown Cabernet Sauvignon shows why this variety is so well suited to the region. Strongly violet and purple colours introduce its Black Currant and Briary aromatics. An elegantly structured palate allows these flavours to be appreciated in this wines youth as well as providing the strength and balance required for bottle aging. A wonderful accompaniment to roast lamb.
