Nose: A fresh bouquet of melon combined subtle yeast characters.
Palate: Textured honeydew melon with hints of grapefruit showing through.
Finish: A very lengthy flavoured sparkling with a finish which is soft, round and clean.
This very special Blanc de Blanc style is made solely from Chardonnay grapes from the Great Southern region. Aged for just over six years on it’s yeast lees. Strong melon and yeast flavours intermingle to deliver a complex and full flavoured experience. Enjoy it as an aperitif though it will compliment light meat dishes and seafood.
