Palate: Textured honeydew melon with hints of grapefruit showing through.
Finish: There is some grassiness on the finish which is crisp and very clean.
Note: This wine spent 8 months in French oak.
This wine displays light golden hues associated with its 8 months maturation in French oak. A soft and full flavoured style with a pleasing palate; showing lovely blend of fruit and oak which is sought by many. Great mouthfeel and a nice length to the palate; clean flavour with a crisp finish. This wine best suits risotto, seafood and chicken pasta dishes which are not overly spicy or creamy.
